Buyer questions

What size gas connector does the R36 fit?

The R36 is sized for 36″ gas connectors. The cable itself is 24″ long, which is 12″ shorter than the hose so equipment cannot be over-extended.

Why is the cable shorter than the gas hose?

By design. Cutting the cable 12″ shorter than the connector stops the equipment from being pulled too far, which prevents strain and over-extension on the gas line.

Does it come with mounting hardware?

Yes. The R36 kit includes the mounting hardware needed to anchor the cable to a wall or floor.

Can I disconnect it to clean behind the equipment?

Yes. The cable disconnects easily so you can roll equipment out for cleaning and maintenance, then re-secure it.

Can I pick it up or have it shipped?

We ship the Krowne R36 restraining cable kit fast, nationwide, covered by our best price guarantee. Garland showroom pickup is also available.
