Smokeless Yakiniku Grill Supply, Table Fabrication & Installation

We supply Japanese-made, in-table smokeless yakiniku grills and handle the whole build: custom stainless table fabrication in our own shop, downdraft ventilation coordination, and turnkey installation for yakiniku, Korean BBQ, hot pot, and shabu concepts. The downdraft system pulls smoke and grease straight down at the cooktop, so your dining room stays clear without an overhead hood over every table.

Scope of Work

Everything a Tableside Grill Program Needs

A yakiniku dining room is a system, not a piece of equipment. We supply the grills and build everything around them, from the tables they sit in to the grease trap at the end of the line.

Japanese-made grill units

In-table smokeless yakiniku grills built in Japan, flush-mounted so guests cook right at their seats.

Custom stainless table integration

Tables fabricated in our own metal fabrication shop, sized and cut to seat each grill cleanly instead of retrofitting furniture that was never meant to hold one.

Downdraft ventilation coordination

The exhaust path captures smoke at the cooktop and carries it through ductwork below floor level, coordinated with your buildout schedule.

Grease capture

An in-line grease trap collects grease from the airflow and keeps the system serviceable.

Code and hood compliance

Because the system vents down instead of up, there’s no overhead hood at every table. We plan the layout so the ventilation approach lines up with your permitting and inspection path.

Turnkey installation

One team designs, fabricates, and installs the full system across Dallas–Fort Worth. No handoffs between vendors.

Concepts We Build For

Tableside Cooking Formats

Any concept where guests cook at the table benefits from downdraft extraction. These are the formats we build for most.

Yakiniku

Japanese charcoal-style tableside grilling, the format the equipment was built for.

Korean BBQ

High-volume KBBQ rooms where per-table grills run all service long and smoke control decides the guest experience.

Hot pot

In-table heat sources with the same integration questions: table cutouts, power or fuel, and air handling.

Shabu-shabu

Individual or shared cookers set into custom tables, matched to your seat count and layout.

How It Works

From First Consult to First Service

One team, zero subcontractors. Design, fabrication, and install stay in-house, which keeps the schedule and the tolerances under our control.

01

Consult

We walk your space or plans, talk seat count and concept, and you can see a working grill at our Garland showroom.

02

Layout & spec

Grill count, table placement, and the downdraft duct routing below floor level get mapped before anything is built.

03

Table fabrication

Custom stainless tables come out of our own Dallas-area fab shop, cut to seat each grill flush.

04

Ventilation & grease

Ductwork and the in-line grease trap go in, coordinated with your other trades and the inspection schedule.

05

Install & handoff

Grills set, system tested, staff walked through daily operation and cleaning.

The System

Downdraft Extraction, Table to Grease Trap

Most tabletop grills push smoke up into an overhead hood. That means heavy ductwork overhead, a hot dining room, and smoke that still escapes into the space. A downdraft yakiniku grill flips that: it draws smoke downward directly from the cooktop, capturing it at the source before it can rise into the dining area.

  • Capture at the source. Intake at the cooktop pulls smoke and grease down before they reach guests.
  • Below-floor ductwork. Airflow routes under the floor instead of through overhead hood runs.
  • In-line grease trap. Grease collects in a serviceable trap that keeps the system clean.
  • Easier on HVAC. Heat and smoke are captured at the table rather than vented as a hot plume into the room, which helps keep cooling loads down.

The result is tableside cooking without the haze, heat, or odor of overhead-hood grills, and a dining room that stays cooler and quieter for guests and staff.

The Path of the Smoke

  • Grill surface. Guests cook at a Japanese-made unit set flush into the table.
  • Downdraft intake. Smoke and grease are pulled straight down at the cooktop.
  • Below-floor duct. Airflow carries capture below floor level, out of the dining room.
  • Grease trap. An in-line trap collects grease for routine service.
  • Clean room. No overhead hood at the table, no haze over the meal.
The RHQ Difference

One Shop for Grills, Tables, and Install

The hard part of a yakiniku buildout isn’t the grill. It’s making the grill, the table, and the ventilation behave as one system. That’s easier when the same shop builds all of it.

Tolerances that fit

Our fab shop cuts each table for its grill, so units sit flush instead of shimmed into furniture from a catalog.

Schedule control

Tables, ductwork, and install run on one calendar. There’s no waiting on a second vendor’s lead time.

Single accountability

One team owns the result. If anything needs adjusting after opening, you call one number.

Compliance planned in

Ventilation and grease capture get designed for your inspection path from the start, not retrofitted after a failed walkthrough.

Working Systems in DFW Dining Rooms

These grills aren’t a concept drawing. They’re running nightly in Dallas–Fort Worth restaurants, including Manpuku, and you can see one working in person at our Garland showroom.

Common Questions

Yakiniku Grill Answers

What is a smokeless yakiniku grill?

It’s a Japanese-made tabletop grill, set into the dining table, that lets guests cook yakiniku or Korean BBQ at their seats. Unlike traditional setups that rely on an overhead hood, ours uses a downdraft exhaust system that pulls smoke and grease straight down and away from the dining room, keeping the air clean and smoke-free.

How does the downdraft exhaust system work?

The grill draws smoke downward directly from the cooktop, capturing it at the source before it rises into the dining area. Ductwork below the floor carries the airflow to an in-line grease trap, which collects grease and keeps the system clean. The result is tableside cooking without the haze, heat, or odor of overhead-hood grills.

Do you install yakiniku grills in restaurants?

Yes. We design, fabricate, and install the full smokeless yakiniku system across Dallas–Fort Worth, including the in-table grills, the custom stainless tables from our own fabrication shop, the downdraft ductwork, and the grease capture.

Can the same system work for Korean BBQ, hot pot, or shabu concepts?

Yes. The downdraft extraction and custom table integration apply to any tableside cooking format. We build for yakiniku, Korean BBQ, hot pot, and shabu-shabu concepts, matching the table fabrication and ventilation layout to your equipment and seat count.

Are the grills energy efficient?

Yes. Because the downdraft system captures smoke and heat at the table rather than venting a hot plume into the room, it’s easier on your HVAC and helps keep cooling costs down, while keeping the dining room more comfortable for guests and staff.

Can I see a working grill before I buy?

Absolutely. Visit our showroom at 1501 S Jupiter Rd, Garland, TX 75042 to see the smokeless yakiniku grill in person. Our Dallas-area fabrication shop handles the table build and the install.
