RHQ runs precision waterjet cutting services on our in-house MultiCam at our Garland, TX facility, cutting metal, stone, glass, composites, and plastics up to 6 inches thick at 60,000 PSI. Fabricators, sign shops, architects, contractors, and product makers send us a DXF and get finished parts back, with quotes returned the same business day and no minimum job size.
Most of what leaves the table falls into a handful of part families. If your job doesn’t fit one of these, send the file anyway, because the machine doesn’t care what the part is called.
Dimensional letters, logo cutouts, and backlit panels in metal, acrylic, or stone for sign shops and storefronts.
Perforated screens, decorative dividers, and facade elements cut clean from a designer’s CAD file.
Mounting plates, gussets, and structural brackets in stainless, aluminum, or carbon steel.
Granite, marble, and quartz inlays for countertops, floors, and feature walls, cut to fit tight.
Rubber, foam, and composite gaskets cut without heat, so the material properties stay intact.
One-off parts and short runs for engineers and product makers testing a design before production.
Repeat runs held to the same 0.005-inch tolerance from the first part to the last.
Stainless panels and parts that feed straight into our own metal fabrication shop for welding and finishing.
Waterjet cutting here isn’t reserved for our own builds. Most of the files on the table come from outside businesses that need precise parts without buying the machine.
Decorative panels, screens, and custom details straight from drawings.
Overflow cutting and materials your own equipment can’t handle.
Letters, logos, and panel blanks cut ready for finishing and install.
Prototypes and production parts held to 0.005 inch.
Inlays, sink cutouts, and shapes too intricate for a bridge saw.
Site-specific brackets, plates, and panels on construction schedules.
Custom stainless and decorative work, backed by 1,000+ restaurant builds.
Single parts welcome. There’s no minimum job size.
Send a file, get parts. The whole job stays inside one building in Garland, handled by one team with zero subcontractors.
DXF is preferred, and we also take DWG, AI, SVG, and PDF. No file yet? A sketch or description works to start.
Every quote goes back the same business day, with material, cut time, and any post-processing priced in.
We confirm material, thickness, and tolerances, then program and fixture the job on our MultiCam.
Parts come off the table ready to use on most jobs. Pick up in Garland or take DFW delivery.
The person pricing your file runs the table that’ll cut it, so the number’s real and it doesn’t change later.
A waterjet cuts with 60,000 PSI of water and abrasive garnet, not heat. That means no heat-affected zone, no warping, and no change to material properties, which matters most on stainless, hardened metals, and anything with a temper or a finish worth protecting.

A standalone cutting service hands you raw parts and the job moves to your next vendor. Here, the waterjet table sits in the same building as a full custom metal fabrication shop, so cut parts can roll straight into welding, forming, finishing, and assembly without leaving Garland.
No freight between vendors and no waiting on another shop’s queue. One team owns the timeline, which is why quotes go back the same business day.
Cutting, welding, and finishing answer to the same foreman. If a part is wrong, there’s exactly one shop responsible for making it right.
Parts cut to 0.005 inch stay in-house for the next operation, so tolerances don’t drift between vendors. Edges come off clean enough to use without secondary finishing on most jobs.
Working as a supplier to GCs and other shops is normal here. Our subcontractor services cover trade accounts, repeat runs, and wholesale fabrication.
The waterjet feeds the same fabrication floor that has built out 1,000+ restaurants and commercial spaces since 1992. Signage, stainless line equipment, architectural metal, and stone details across Dallas–Fort Worth started as files on this table.

Our MultiCam cuts metal (stainless 304 and 316, aluminum, carbon steel, brass, titanium, copper), stone (granite, marble, quartz, slate, travertine), annealed glass, composites like carbon fiber and G10, plastics like acrylic and HDPE, plus porcelain, ceramic, foam, and cork. Tempered glass is the main exception, since it shatters when cut.
We cut up to 6 inches thick at 60,000 PSI and hold tolerances to 0.005 inch. Because the jet cuts cold, there’s no heat-affected zone, no warping, and no change to material properties, and edges are clean enough to use without secondary finishing on most jobs.
Pricing depends on material, thickness, and cut length. As a benchmark, simple quarter-inch stainless runs $1.50 to $3.00 per inch of cut, and 1-inch granite runs $4 to $8 per inch. Send your file through our quote request and you’ll have exact numbers the same business day.
No. We cut single one-off parts and full production runs with the same 0.005-inch tolerance. Makers and prototypers are as welcome as manufacturers.
