Does the BL1012-C-SC come with a floor?

No. This is a floorless (no-floor) model designed to install directly over a solid slab such as concrete. It includes NSF-approved coved vinyl screeds that seal the wall-to-floor joint for a sanitary, code-friendly transition. If you need an insulated floor, the BL1012-CF-SC is the matching with-floor version.

What temperature does it hold, and is it a cooler or a freezer?

It is a walk-in cooler rated for a +35°F holding temperature, ideal for produce, dairy, meats, beverages, and prepped foods. It is not a freezer and does not hold sub-zero temperatures.

Do I need a remote condensing unit?

No. The BL1012-C-SC uses a self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system that arrives factory-charged and ready to run. There is no remote condenser to plumb or locate, which simplifies installation compared to a remote setup.

What electrical service does it require?

Arctic’s standard self-contained service is 120V, 60Hz, single phase on a 15-amp circuit. Other electrical configurations can be specified at order time, so confirm your panel before installation and have a qualified electrician make the final connection per local code.

How big is the door and will sheet pans fit?

The door provides a 34″ wide x 78″ tall clear opening with a self-closing, flush-mounted design. It clears standard 26″ sheet pans and most carts, and 24″ diamond-tread kick plates inside and out protect it in high-traffic kitchens.
