Price Match FAQ

What do I need to send you?

A link to the competitor's product page, a current ad, or a written quote showing the lower price on the same in-stock item. We'll verify it with the seller, a screenshot on its own usually isn't enough.

How quickly will you verify a price match?

Usually fast, often within a few minutes and the same business day at the latest, once you've sent us the link, ad, or quote. We confirm it with the seller and get right back to you so your order isn't held up.

Do you match Amazon or eBay prices?

We match authorized U.S. dealers, including items sold and shipped by major retailers. We can't match third-party marketplace resellers, auctions, or liquidation listings, since those prices aren't verifiable or guaranteed.

Does shipping count in the comparison?

Yes. We compare the total delivered, pre-tax price, the item plus shipping, so it's a true apples-to-apples match.

Can you beat the price, not just match it?

On large orders and full build-outs, give us a call. We'd rather earn your business than lose it over a few dollars, so we'll do our best to go beyond a straight match.
