High-density urethane foam insulation is used throughout the walls, ceiling, and floor to maximize thermal efficiency. Panels are finished with a durable Acrylume-coated embossed metal interior and exterior, providing corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

A 30″ wide x 78″ high self-closing door is foamed-in-place for added insulation and strength. 24″ interior and exterior diamond tread kick plates protect the door from wear in high-traffic environments, while heavy-duty cam-lift hinges ensure long-lasting performance. Safety features include an inside safety release, pressure relief valve, and door heater to support smooth operation during temperature changes.
