No. The cover is sold separately. Winco offers the ALPC-50 cover that fits the ASHP-34 and other Elemental aluminum cookware.

What is it made of?

3003 aluminum with a spin-formed body and riveted handles. The 6mm gauge gives it even heat distribution and durability for commercial use.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Aluminum cookware should be hand washed with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge, then dried right away to prevent limescale.
