Does the ASP-2 come with a lid?

No. The ASP-2 ships without a cover. The matching Winco ASP-2C lid is sold separately and also fits 8 inch fry pans.

What is it made of?

It is made from 3mm thick 3003 grade heavyweight aluminum with a natural finish, so it heats quickly and evenly.

Can it go in a commercial dishwasher?

No. Aluminum sauce pans are hand wash only to protect the natural finish.

Is it NSF certified?

Yes. The Winco ASP-2 is NSF Listed, so it meets sanitation standards for commercial food service.
