Does the ATMG-24 run on natural gas or propane?

It can run on either. The griddle ships configured for the gas type you specify (natural gas or LP), and a regulator is included. Please note your gas type in the order notes.

How big is the actual cooking surface?

The usable cooking surface measures 23.9 inches wide by 19.9 inches deep on a 3/4 inch thick polished steel plate. The full unit is 24 inches wide by 28.6 inches deep by 15.2 inches high.

How many burners does it have and how hot does it get?

It has two stainless steel burners, each rated 30,000 BTU per 12-inch section for 60,000 BTU total. Each section has its own manual control and a standby pilot, so you can heat zones independently.

Can I control different zones at different temperatures?

Yes. The two 12-inch sections have independent manual controls, so you can run one side hot for searing while keeping the other lower for holding or finishing.

Is it certified for commercial kitchens?
