Both. The ATMG-48 is available for natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP), and ships with the matching regulator. Tell us which gas type you need in your order notes and we will configure it correctly.

How many burners and how much heat does it put out?

It has four stainless steel burners rated at 30,000 BTU each, for 120,000 BTU total. Each 12-inch section has its own manual control valve so you can run different zones at different temperatures.

How thick is the griddle plate?

The cooking surface is a heavy-duty 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate measuring 47.9 x 19.9 inches. The thicker plate holds heat and recovers quickly during heavy service.
