No. This is a floorless (no-floor) model designed to sit on a finished, level slab. Arctic supplies a steel U-channel with an integral 6″ NSF cove for field installation inside and out, so you still get a sanitary, sealed base.

What does “self-contained” mean on this unit?

The refrigeration system is a top-mount package that ships factory-assembled and charged. There is no separate remote condenser or refrigerant line set to install, which makes setup faster and lower-cost than a remote system.
