No. This is a floorless model designed to sit on a sound, level finished floor. It ships with a vinyl screed base and NSF coved screeds for field installation inside and out.

Is the refrigeration included, and do I need a remote condenser?

Refrigeration is included. The self-contained top-mount system uses R448A/R449A refrigerant and mounts on the cooler, so no separate remote condensing unit is required for this configuration.
