The Winco C-HDC is a stainless steel full-size hinged dome cover with dual handles. The raised dome clears heaping product and the hinge lets staff flip the lid open for service without lifting it off, so it never has to be set down on a hot line.

What pans does the Winco C-HDC fit?

It is a full-size cover sized for standard 12″ x 20″ steam table pans (full-size hotel pans).

Why a domed cover instead of a flat one?

The dome adds height so the lid clears full, heaping pans. For level or under-filled pans, Winco also offers a flat hinged cover (C-HFC1).

How does the hinge help on a buffet line?

The hinge lets staff flip the cover open for service with one hand and let it fall closed afterward, so the lid never has to be removed and set down.

Is it sold individually?

Yes. This cover is sold each. Winco packs them in cases of 12 for bulk buyers.
