The GSW ES-P3072 gives you a 72″ x 30″ all-stainless platform with a 16-gauge 430 stainless top, a 1″ upturn on three sides for spill containment, and a full-width undershelf. The top is rated to hold up to 500 lbs, and 60″ and longer models ship with six legs for extra strength.
