A 600 lb chrome wire shelf that drops onto your GSW post system

The GSW WSC-1448 is a single 14″W x 48″L chrome-plated wire shelf rated to 600 lb. The open deck keeps air circulating and your stock visible, and four sets of split sleeve clips are included so it snaps onto WSC-series posts in seconds.

Buyer questions

Are posts included with the WSC-1448?

No. The WSC-1448 is the shelf only. GSW WSC-series chrome posts are sold separately and come in 8″, 34″, 41″, 63″, 74″, and 86″ heights so you can build the height you need.

How much weight can one shelf hold?

Each WSC-1448 shelf is rated to 600 lb when evenly loaded and properly supported on WSC-series posts.

Can I use this chrome shelf in a walk-in cooler or wet area?

No. GSW rates the chrome (WSC) series for dry environments only. For humid, wet, or walk-in cooler use, choose the green epoxy-coated WSE series instead.

Does it need any tools to assemble?

No tools required. Four sets of ABS split sleeves are included; they clip onto the tapered post collars and the shelf locks into place.

Why is there a 2-shelf minimum?

GSW ships the WSC-1448 in a master pack of 2, so the minimum order is 2 shelves. Add posts to turn them into a complete free-standing unit.

Can I pick it up or have it shipped?

We ship the WSC-1448 fast, nationwide, covered by our best price guarantee. Garland-area customers can also pick up at our showroom.
