Is the WSE-2460 a full shelving unit or a single shelf?

It is a single 24 in. x 60 in. wire shelf. It includes 4 split-sleeve clips to mount on posts, but the posts are ordered separately. This makes it ideal as a replacement shelf or for adding a level to an existing unit.
