A pass-thru has doors on both the front and back of the cabinet. Your team can load it from the prep side and pull product from the service side, so back-of-house and front-of-house traffic never collide. On this model the rear stocking doors are solid and the front service doors are glass.

The 4 half glass front doors let staff or customers see product without opening the unit, which saves energy and speeds up service. The 4 half solid rear doors insulate the back-of-house loading side. All eight doors have locks.

It maintains 33°F to 38°F and is built to hold that range even in a 100°F ambient kitchen, using its digital temperature control and monitor system with door-ajar alarms.

It runs on eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP top-mount compressor. Power is standard 115V / 60Hz / single phase, 8.0 amps, on a NEMA 5-15P plug, so no special outlet is required.
