What does pass-thru mean on this refrigerator?

Pass-thru means the cabinet has doors on both the front and the back. Staff load product through the two rear glass doors from the kitchen, and line cooks pull it through the two front glass doors at the service line, so the same stock is reachable from both sides without anyone walking around.

How cold does the PRO-50R-G-PT-N get?

It holds a refrigerator range of 33°F to 38°F and is built to maintain those temperatures even in a 100°F ambient kitchen. It is a refrigerator, not a freezer.

What refrigerant does it use?
