What are the exact dimensions of the TIOM-48RSRB-N?

The unit measures 48″ L x 96″ D x 65″ H per Turbo Air’s spec sheet. Note the height does not include an extra 5/8″ for bolt height, and the bolt height is adjustable up to 2 3/4″.

What does the self-cleaning condenser actually do?
