How thick does the Winco TTS-250 slice tomatoes?

It cuts an even 1/4″ slice with a straight stainless steel blade, the standard thickness for sandwiches, burgers, and salads.

Is it manual or electric?

It is fully manual. You place a tomato on the HDPE board and press the vertical handle down once to slice the whole fruit, so there is no motor, cord, or power draw.

Are the blades replaceable?

Yes. The stainless steel blade assembly is replaceable, so when it dulls you swap the blade instead of buying a new slicer.

Does it stay put on the counter?
