Does the ATMG-36 use natural gas or LP?

It runs on either. The unit ships configured for natural gas (4″ w.c.) or liquid propane (10″ w.c.). Tell us which you need in your order notes so we send the correct configuration.

How many burners does it have and how are they controlled?

Three burners, each rated 30,000 BTU for 90,000 BTU total. Each 12″ section has an independent manual control, so you can set different temperatures across the plate at the same time.

How thick is the griddle plate?

The cooking surface is a heavy-duty 3/4″ thick polished steel plate, which holds heat and recovers quickly between batches.

Is the ATMG-36 manual or thermostatic?

This is the manual-control model. Burners are adjusted by hand with independent valves. The thermostatic version of this griddle is the ATMG-36T.

Does it include legs and a gas regulator?

Yes. Adjustable stainless steel legs and a 3/4″ NPT rear gas connection with regulator are standard.
