Klinger’s Trading SC36 36 Inch Ceiling-Mounted Pot Rack with…RHQ fabricates custom stainless steel and sheet metal for commercial spaces across Dallas–Fort Worth: worktables, counters, hoods, wall cladding, salon and med-spa stations, lab stainless, retail fixtures, railings, and precision brackets. Everything’s designed, TIG-welded, and installed by one in-house team from our 8,000 sq ft Garland shop, with typical lead times of 2 to 6 weeks.
Every piece is built to your drawings or ours, in food-grade, medical-grade, or architectural stainless. These are the categories we fabricate most.
Prep tables, chef counters, and equipment stands in 304 stainless, sized to the inch with sink cutouts, undershelves, and turned-down edges where you need them.
Type I and Type II hood packages fabricated and installed to code, from single-station canopies to full cook-line systems.
Compartment sinks, hand sinks, soiled and clean dishtables, and scrap stations with welded, coved corners that pass health inspection.
Stainless wall panels, backsplashes, corner guards, and wall-mounted shelving that protect high-traffic and washdown areas.
Brushed and mirror-finish stations, med-spa cabinetry accents, lab counters, and cleanable stainless surfaces for clinical suites.
Display fixtures, decorative panels, railings, trim, and mixed-material features that carry a brand’s look in durable metal.
Logos, perforated screens, brackets, and tight-tolerance components cut on our 60,000 PSI waterjet. See our waterjet cutting services for cut-only work.
Equipment stands, mounting brackets, frames, and one-off weldments in stainless or mild steel, formed on our press brake and welded in-house.
Signature pieces like built-in yakiniku grill tables and custom cook-line stainless. Our yakiniku grill services page covers that work in detail.
Restaurants are our heritage, including 1,000+ built since 1992, but the same shop fabricates for every kind of commercial interior.
You work with one team from first measurement to final weld. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor, so schedules hold and tolerances stay ours to guarantee.
We review your plans or field-measure the space, confirm code requirements, and scope the metalwork with you.
Our team drafts shop drawings with exact dimensions, gauges, finishes, and cutouts for your sign-off before anything’s cut.
Waterjet and CNC plasma cutting, press brake forming, and TIG welding all happen in our Garland shop, typically in 2 to 6 weeks.
Our own crew delivers and installs across Dallas–Fort Worth, and we ship nationwide for out-of-market projects.
Specs drive everything we quote. Here’s what we build with and to, so your architect, health inspector, or GC can check our work against the drawings.
| Specification | What We Work To |
|---|---|
| Alloys | 304 stainless for food-contact and general commercial work; 316 stainless where salt, chemicals, or clinical washdown demand higher corrosion resistance; mild steel for frames and brackets. |
| Gauges | Sheet metal fabrication from 20-gauge trim and cladding up to 10-gauge structural work. Worktops and dishtables typically run 16- or 14-gauge for a surface that doesn’t oil-can or flex. |
| Welding | Food-grade TIG welding with ground and polished seams; MIG for structural frames. Coved, welded corners on sinks and dishtables, not caulked joints. |
| Finishes | #4 brushed finish standard on food-service and clinical stainless; mirror finish available for retail, salon, and architectural showpieces. |
| Food-contact surfaces | Fabricated to NSF-compliant standards for food-contact use: smooth, cleanable, self-draining surfaces with sealed seams that pass health inspection. |
| Cutting | 60,000 PSI waterjet for precision parts, logos, and perforated panels with no heat-affected edge; CNC plasma for heavier plate. Cut-only jobs run through our waterjet services. |
Send your drawings or dimensions and we’ll price the work in the same shop that builds it.
Your job never waits in another shop’s queue. We set the fabrication schedule and hold it, which is how 2 to 6 week lead times stay realistic.
One contract, one point of contact, one team responsible from drawing to install. When something needs adjusting on site, the people who built it fix it.
The person who measured your space talks directly to the person running the waterjet. Fit issues get caught in the shop, not on install day.
Thirty-plus years of Dallas–Fort Worth health and building inspections are built into our details, from hood clearances to coved sink corners.

Precision parts, logos, and panels cut at 60,000 PSI, for your project or ours. Cutting feeds everything we fabricate.

See yakiniku servicesCost depends on material, gauge, finish, and complexity, so every job is quoted from drawings or field measurements. Because you’re buying direct from the shop that builds it, there’s no dealer markup on top. Request a quote with your dimensions and we’ll price it accurately.
Most custom stainless projects run 2 to 6 weeks from approved drawings to delivery. Simple pieces like a single worktable land at the short end; full hood packages and multi-station lines take longer. We confirm a schedule with your quote and hold it, since fabrication happens in our own Garland shop.
No. The same shop that’s built stainless for 1,000+ restaurants also fabricates salon and med-spa stations, lab and medical stainless, retail fixtures, decorative panels, railings, and custom brackets for any commercial space. If it’s metal and it’s commercial, we can build it.
304 is the standard commercial-kitchen alloy: strong, cleanable, and corrosion-resistant for food-contact use. 316 adds molybdenum for higher resistance to salt and chemicals, which makes it the right call for coastal projects, labs, and clinical settings with harsh washdown chemicals. We’ll spec the right alloy for your environment in the quote.
Yes. Worktables, sinks, dishtables, and other food-contact pieces are fabricated to NSF-compliant standards: smooth cleanable surfaces, sealed and polished TIG-welded seams, and coved corners that pass Dallas–Fort Worth health inspections.
Yes. Design, fabrication, and installation are all handled by our own team with zero subcontractors. Our crews install across Dallas–Fort Worth, and we ship nationwide for projects outside the metro.
Send us your plans, a sketch, or just the dimensions. We’ll spec the alloy, gauge, and finish, and return an accurate quote from the shop that builds it.
